Making a Purchase
All products I supply are custom made to your selected options (where applicable) at the time of you placing an order....and..
All relevant materials are then taken out of stock and/or sourced from my specialist suppliers.
As these products are custom made should you choose cancel your order for any reason a 30% re-stocking fee will be applied.
Being a custom-made item each product has a ‘build-time/ waiting list’.
This can be up to 28 working days from the date of purchase and in addition could also be affected by items in 1.4 below.
Any parts or services outsourced such as laser cutting or special materials required can be subject to stock or supply issues from my specialist suppliers.
This in turn could cause the ‘build-time’ given to potentially over run.
If this is the case I will notify you via email as soon as I become aware of a problem.

All prices listed on this website are in GBP (British Pounds)
All purchases must be made in GBP (British Pounds), no other currencies will be accepted.
My preferred method of payment is PayPal, although I will also accept a direct bank transfer, payable in GBP (British Pounds).
If you wish to pay via a bank transfer please contact me for details before purchasing or if you have any questions regarding this.
All items or products listed on this website include delivery costs unless specified based upon your location / delivery address
All items or products can be delivered worldwide.
When making a purchase please ensure you select your correct delivery location from the listed options.
UK / Europe / Rest of World.
If your delivery location is incorrect on the order then an extra charge for delivery may apply.
All items are sent via Royal Mail unless specified, all items can be tracked and are insured to the full purchase value.
Royal Mail requires immediate notice to be given of any damage to goods and you should inspect the goods up on receipt and report any damage to the carrier immediately.
In the event of lost or damaged items reimbursement of your purchase cost shall be covered via the Royal Mail insurance. This is limited to the value of the goods only.
Please Note: I have to make the claim to Royal Mail under their insurance and their T&C’s therefore I expect cooperation from you as the purchaser to provide me with the formal evidence of a loss or damage claim (photos, carriers paperwork etc)
All jigs and other products are deemed to be “custom made” items that are made to your chosen options at time of purchasing so are therefore exempt from UK distance selling rules.
